I quite like this book, it has a nice compact size, about 7 inch x 7 inch , with around 400 pages. It is easy to read and also contains lovely colour pictures. There are 153 small meditiations which are divided in 8 sections. Meditations for: Calming and Centering, Living Mindfully, Healing Body, Mind and Spirit, Getting you Moving, Generating Love and Compassion, Solving your Problems , Manifesting your Dreams, and Connecting to to the Divine. The pages in each section are in a different colour so it is easy to look for them. Madonna's first chapter explains what is Meditation, its benefits and how to prepare yourself for it. Each meditation always starts with a breathing exercise. In the left hand side of the page you can find the purpose of the meditation and reasons for it and in the right hand side how to conduct the meditation and when. What I like about it is the fact that they are only about 10mns long and perfect for beginners. Big books are quite daunting when you start and you can easily put this one in your handbag or briefcase and have a go at it when you have some spare moments during the day.
