Do you have all the goods I can see on the site in stock?

Holisticshop does not use a third party to manage our warehousing or dispatch. We carry all stock here so that we can have a hands on kind of approach.

Basically speaking if you can add a product to your basket then it is in stock, if you cannot add it, it is out of stock.

The way we do this is that each product has its own stock level (ie. how many are in stock) running in the background. Each time a product is ordered the stock level drops by the number ordered. When we receive products into our warehouse from suppliers we add those to the system. So you could say our stock system is intelligent. It also will not let you add more of a particular product to your basket than we have in stock. For example if you wish to order 10 boxes of Nag Champa incense and we only have 5 in stock, it will tell you.

We do of course occasionally get errors. These are normally human errors caused by someone miscounting something, or if someone has taken something out of stock without booking it out etc. If on the rare occasion there is a problem like this we will let you know straight away and give you a number of choices. But we don't like letting our customers down, so problems like this are infrequent.
