Can I Return Products I Don't Like?
Yes, you can return products you do not like within 60 days. If the product is still in mint condition and you wish to return it after 60 days please email us or ring us first to check. We don't guarantee we will refund after 60 days but will help if at all possible.
We always endevour to put things right as quickly as possible in the way that you prefer, that is why we find it best to contact us first rather than returning the goods straight to us. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Reasons For Returning
1. The product wasn't as you hoped / expected.
2. The product was bought as a gift for someone and they didn't like it.
3. You don't need that product any more.
Should an item not be as your imagined, please return to us in the same condition that you received it, well packaged for the journey for a refund or alternative. When returning unwanted goods, please note that we do not normally refund postage costs.

In the parcel please give us your name and your order number.
Once your items have been refunded you will receive an email from us to let you know.
