Turquoise (30) - Balanced, soothing, spiritual
Turquoise is said to be a perfect balance of male and female force and has a restful, soothing energy. Due to its balanced nature, it's a good stone to have around during the development of psychic and spiritual skills as it reminds us to be more aware of our intuition without losing track of earthly reality. As a tool, it can be beneficial for astral travellers or meditators.

Additionally, the peaceful energy can remind us to try and remain calm during emotional unrest and develop friendships rather than enemies.

Dream catcher (26) - Catches the good dreams, lets the bad dreams perish
Dream catchers are intended to aid and protect those sleeping below by filtering their dreams. Symbolically the dream catcher allows good dreams to pass through the web and drift down to the sleeper, while bad dreams are said to become hopelessly entangled in the web, where they perish at the first light of dawn. By hanging a dream catcher above your bed, you signal to a deeper part of yourself that you want to remember those dreams that are of use to you. The dream world is a doorway to the subconscious - the inner workings of your life that you are not always aware of. By listening to your dreams you can learn more about yourself. The feathers symbolise air or the breath of life.

When you hang a dream catcher above your bed or around your home or wear a dream catcher as a piece of jewellery you are signalling to a deeper part of yourself that you wish to be more aware of your dreams and aspirations. You wish to 'catch' your dreams and bring them to ground so that they may become a reality. As is also the symbolism of the dream catcher you wish for it to entrap those dreams that are negative and entrap them so they do not manifest. So wear a dream catcher when you wish to bring your good dreams to life and for the bad ones to perish.

Bear (13) - Going within, sweetness of life
The bear hibernates and goes within. Bear energy is the energy that seeks your deepest truths. And with the finding of your truth comes the honey of life - the sweetness that comes with knowing who you truly are. Bear energy helps you to go within and touch the great void where creation and you come from. By entering silence we give ourselves the opportunity to return to the world stronger and wiser. Bear energy is also about taking the courage that to stop thinking is not to die because we are so much more than our thoughts. So take a break, go within yourself and introspect. From the true place of bear we can see that life is like a dream to us and that our deeper self is not so tied with earthly concerns.

To have with you the symbol of bear is to state your intention to travel within and connect with the places where intuition and "knowing without thinking" are the rulers. Some activities that can help support this connection are meditation, dreaming, long walks by yourself and switching off the television.
