Christiane Kerr founded Calm for Kids in 1999. She runs workshops and courses for school teachers and yoga teachers who want to share the benefits of yoga and relaxation with children. Christiane has a background in Montessori Education and has been working with children for over 15 years.
She is a fully qualified yoga teacher and has completed her Sivananda Yoga training as well as a 500 hour, 2 year course with the YTTC in London. Christiane teaches classes to children and adults in West London where she lives with her two children.
