About the Author
Ed Halliwell is a mindfulness teacher and writer, and the co-author of The Mindful Manifesto. Ed leads courses, retreats and workshops in London, Surrey and Sussex and is a trustee of the mindfulness Initiative, which is working with Parliamentarians to bring mindfulness into public policy.
