So it's mainly visualisation and helping the psychological and emotional self to good health. A familiar approach, fair enough. But it's well known that difficulties on the mental levels will prevent access to deeper areas of the psyche. Now, you won't suddenly be able to give off mediumistic messages after reading this. You'd be lucky, very lucky, if that happens. This is a step in that direction all the same.
