About the Author
Christine Burke stepped into yoga as an actress and dancer in New York in 1994. She was soon drawn deeply into the joy of yoga and received her first certification in Los Angeles at the 200-hour level. She has been teaching yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and yogic philosophy full time ever since.
