About the Author
Lucy Lucas is a yoga, mindfulness and meditation teacher. She came to yoga during her 15-year career in finance, when her practice helped her navigate the stresses of coorporate life. She left london to train as a yoga teacher and now has a practice based in Tunbridge Wells, England, where she teaches classes and leads retreats.
