About the Author

Jim PathFinder Ewing is a shaman, a Reiki master, and a journalist who has lecturer on shamanism, spiritual ecology, integrative medicine, and Native American spirituality. An acclaimed innovator in energy work, he has travelled extensively, lecturing on shamanism, spiritual ecology (also known as environmental shamanism, which he pioneered), integrative medicine and Native American spirituality. He is the author of Clearing, Finding Sanctuary in Nature and Healing Plants and Animals from a Distance, and has written for a number of magazines. He lives in Lena, Mississippi.
