Breathe Vapourising Oil (10ml) - Eucalyptus, Benzoin, Lemon, Peppermint, Pine Needle & Thyme Wild.

Vapourising Oils are made from 100% pure concentrated blended essential oils, they contain no other oils to 'pad them out'. These are specifically blend to create a certain mood or ambiance and are ideal for adding to an oil burner to fill a room with its scent. This blend is made using 100% Pure essential oils of Eucalyptus, Benzoin, Lemon, Peppermint, Pine Needle & Thyme Wild.

Breathe Vaporising Oil is extremely fresh and clean, perfect to aid with colds, headaches and nasal congestion. This oil is very versatile, you can add 3-4 drops to a warm bath, put a couple of drops on a tissue/handkerchief and place by your bed whilst you sleep and you can also apply as a chest rub or add the oil to an oil burner (for instructions, please see below).

Directions For Use
Make sure you add water to your oil burner first, then we recommend adding 3-5 drops to the burner. If you have a slightly larger oil burner or if you find that the scent isn't strong enough then you can try adding a few more drops. For best use to clear a blocked nose and give you a clear head, we recommend adding four drops to a bowl of near boiling water, then lean over the bowl with your eyes closed, cover your head with a towel and inhale and exhale deeply for 4-5 minutes.

The intensely revivifying scent of peppermint awakens the mind and stimulates the senses, while decongesting, invigorating and fortifying the body.

Pine Essential Oil has a distinctive fresh, forest fragrance that emanates from majestic trees embraced by the ancients for curative powers & life-enhancing resin. Pine is a valuable oil if you are feeling stressed or overworked and it really comes into its own when dealing with respiratory complaints.

Thyme is excellent for clearing the respiratory tracts and relieving sore throats, coughs and catarrh. A few drops in the bath will help to revive tired muscles. The oil has a powerful, fresh scent, which is invigorating and strengthening on all levels: emotional, mental, physical and spiritual. It is particularly useful if you need help settling back into "normal" life after attending a workshop or retreat. The oil is steam-distilled from the leaves and flowering tops of the plant. Use sparingly in the bath (2-3 drops). Avoid if you have high blood pressure. Avoid during pregnancy.
