Shungite Pocket Harmonizers (from Russia)
Shungite Harmonizers can be used for meditation and spiritual healing, to help maintain the balance of energy flows. Traditionally these are two objects that are used together, made from different stones. It is said the tradtion comes from ancient Egypt, where paired harmonizers were used by practitioners for centuries. These can be used as a tool to relieve stress, fatigue, headaches, to increase energy, and to amplify mental clarity.
Because of Shungite's high carbon content, you may find that the harmonizers can shed some black residue on your hands, clothing or other surfaces - this is perfectly normal, and the residue can be easily washed off from most surfaces. Wiping the harmonizer with a soft damp cloth will remove any loose carbon dust, and minimize this effect.

More About Shungite
Shungite is said to be one of the 'go to' stones for electromagnetic field protection (EMF), for cleansing and detoxing, as well as being a healing and emotional booster. Estimated to be 2 billion years old, it is known to be one of the strongest mineral healers, and is most closely associated with the root or base chakra. Shungite is said to aid in giving you a deeper insight into life, to help focus on true desires and harmonise you with your surroundings.

- Meditate with Shungite in each hand to balance the left and right sides of the body, help in relieving stress and reduce anxiety.
Please note, that it is normal for shungite (particularly when unpolished) when handled to leave a black shungite powder residue in your hands.
