Shin Mainichi-Koh Sandalwood incense is a Japanese incense made by Nippon Kodo.
The incense sticks come in a pack of 80 and are longer in length than a standard incense stick, so they have a longer burning time too. The incense is made with a selection of natural herbs and plant extracts, so the sandalwood fragrance has a distinctive woody and floral aroma that makes it stand apart from other plain sandalwood incenses.
It’s a calming and purifying scent and is designed with moments of quietness and reflection in mind. It’s an ideal choice of incense to burn whilst you’re meditating, practicing yoga or tai chi movements, plus you get the bonus of a longer burn time too.

Japanese incense (speaking in general terms) is refined, pure, light smoke and rich in natural ingredients such as sandalwood. They don't usually have the thin wooden stick centre that is often found in Indian and other incense sticks. They are normally pure incense right the way through the stick. They are often designed with meditation in mind. Due to the high quality manufacturing processes the incense goes through they can be a little bit more expensive than other incense on the market.
