I'm Having Problems Connecting to the Credit Card Payment Area

You can navigate our website, putting items into your basket. When you are ready to put your order through, you click "Checkout" and then "Continue Securely". You go through 4 stages:
1. Input address & billing details.
2. Select shipping method.
3. Confirm details.
4. Put in card details.

Stages 1, 2, 3 all occur on our web space. For stage 4 you are actually transferred to a secure web space managed for us by a company called Secure Hosting. We use this company to manage our payments. We use them because they are experts in internet security.

This does mean though that sometimes you may travel our website with no problem and very occasionally you may have problems accessing stage 4 from above. This means they are having problems with their web space, ie it may be offline for a short while. This is a rare occurrence but as with anything technical, problems do happen. The solution for this would be to try again later. Our shopping basket should remember what you have in there.

Some people may though also find that if they are on a company computer network they may have problems accessing certain sites such as secure sites because of a firewall or some restrictions that companies have placed on their network. The solution to this would be to go to your boss to ask if he could turn off the restrictions so that you could please go internet shopping! :-) The other solution is to try again on your home computer.
