First of all this is a very well put together book. It is set out well and its easy to quickly find the information you are after. It is also nice because it's printed on a decent quality paper (yes I am that shallow) & has very good quality photographs (on very shiny paper ;-) )of the crystals that are used in the book. I always find this useful, as I tend to forget the names of many of the crystals that I have scattered around the house.

The title, I feel, is misleading as it contains crystal healing remedies for approx 200 ailments, only a few of which would be classed as being 1st Aid such headaches, broken bones, bites, cuts & bruises etc. It also covers long & short term illnesses & infections,as well as psychological problems such as anxiety, depression, to mention just a few.

It also includes several suggestions for putting together crystal healing kits as well as how to choose, cleanse & program crystals. This is a far more comprehensive crystal healing book than its title would suggest.
