Whether to aid with meditation or yoga, or simply for a lovely scent in any room, the Stress Relief Incense can be used when you need time to relax, and to create a sense of equilibrium.
These are available in small 15g boxes or larger big boxes. The small box contains approximately 12 sticks, the big box contains 12 boxes of the smaller 15g boxes for the price of 11. The 12 boxes come in one larger contain as shown above.

None of the incense in this range are too overpowering, they are lovely and soft, however out of all of them this I felt was the strongest aroma. Others in the Yoga series have names like 'Harmony' and 'Relaxation' which suggest the incense could be used to create a sense of calm.
This for instance I think could be best used on those particularly stressful days, and maybe it's just that little bit stronger in aroma for that purpose! Similarly it can be particularly good for covering up cooking smells or other household smells.
