Taiyo Sakura Cherry Blossom incense is a beautifully scented floral incense produced in Japan by Nippon Kodo.

In Japan, Sakura or cherry trees are highly regarded and represent the start of spring. When the cherry trees begin blossoming with their pink and white floral blooms, it symbolises regeneration and rebirth. 

Nippon Kodo have successfully transformed the scent of cherry blossoms into these beautiful incense sticks. The incense sticks come in a lovely box, with a very apt design that reflects the colours and blossoms of sakura flowers. 

The Taiyo Sakura Cherry Blossom incense is said to be a good incense to burn before you have guests arriving, as it’s a welcoming and positive scent.

More About Japanese Incense
Japanese incense (speaking in general terms) is refined, pure, light smoke and rich in natural ingredients such as sandalwood. They don't usually have the thin wooden stick centre that is often found in Indian and other incense sticks. They are normally pure incense right the way through the stick. They are often designed with meditation in mind. Due to the high quality manufacturing processes the incense goes through they can be a little bit more expensive than other incense on the market.
