Also sometimes known as olivine. Much of the world's peridot comes from the USA. A significantly large amount of this is located on Native American Apache land and only Native Americans from the San Carlos Apache reservation are allowed to mine this area.
Peridot has a wonderful vibrant, cleansing and rejuvenating energy. The slightly clear olive coloured green (most common) is often captivating to look at.
