I just want to say that I'm in awe at how quickly my order came through, I put the order in at lunchtime yesterday for some Swiss 1JJ tarot cards and a tarot book and by lunchtime today I had them! That's less than 24 hours & I used the normal 1st class royal mail service.
You guys are super efficient, and I will definitely use you again.
I had tried to order the cards from a big online retailer but one month on and they'd still failed to deliver, so you now have my custom :) I'd much rather support you guys anyway, I love your site & no where else had either the cards or book.

I am writing to express my heartful thanks to the truly fabulous lady with whom I spoke on Monday. I am really sorry that I cannot remember her name though the handwritten note on the invoice regarding the item that was meant to be sent I think said "June".
Essentially, I was sent the wrong item (selenite moutain) rather than selenite tea light holder and, not having checked under the bubble wrap, gave it as a present last week.
I explained the situation to the gorgeous person at the end of the phone who very kindly offered to send a heart-shaped tea light holder as the "normal" selenite tea light holder was out of stock. I offered to pay the difference and she said no need due to the inconvenience caused.
It's not very often I get to speak to (a) a kind and reasonable person but, moreover, (b) to receive the item at no extra cost.
I have ordered from you off and on over the years and my experience this week has been stunning.
Thank you all for being so fantastic. My wife loves her gift.

I received my Noble Presence figurine and Selenite palm stone today, the day after placing my order. I would just like to say a big thank you to all concerned for a very quick dispatch. I wasn't too sure about buying Crystal online but I needn't have worried, the Selenite Palm stone is lovely and feels like mine already. The Noble Presence Figurine is absolutely beautiful and one of the nicest Angelic figurines I have seen. So all in all a very big thank you from a first time and very satisfied customer :o))

I ordered this pendant on Wednesday and received Thurs morning, excellent service. Item was packaged basically which means no wastage on a big bulky box or jiffy bag for a small item. Thank you very much for a good service would definitely shop with yourselves in the future.

I was expecting very little for the price I paid for eight necklaces. To my surprise, the goods arrived the very next day after the order was placed. No frills packaging, recycled jiffy bag and the eight crystal chip necklaces were crammed into two small plastic bags. This is what I call good business and the prices are extremely competitive. Many times have I had to go to the Post office to collect a large package as it wouldn't fit through the letterbox only to find a single string of beads inside - absolute waste. Anyway, back to the necklaces, they are really pretty and I will be ordering more, especially the four chip, it's beautiful. I hope you can add lapis lazuli to your stock as well.
