    As soon as I heard that Louise Hay had made a movie called "You Can Heal Your Life", I knew that it would be a great addition to the site. I'm dealing with my own health challenges at the moment, so was very excited to watch it. I wasn't disappointed. I find Louise Hay a very inspirational lady and this DVD really reinforces that. I wouldn't say that anything Louise talks about is particularly new material to that already contained in her various other publications, but it is presented in a way that is easy to understand and apply. I, like many other people, find it easier to take things on board when presented with others' experiences and suggestions in a visual manner, and that is where this presentation really shines.

    The first part of DVD1 is part movie and part interviews, both with Louise herself and with several other highly respected and well-know metaphysicians. The second part is a series of affirmations, accompanied by music, which form a continuous loop, which you could just play in the background to work at a sub-conscious level. As a bonus, there is a second DVD which contains more in-depth interviews with all the contributors of DVD1, including Doreen Virtue, Wayne Dyer and Esther and Jerry Hicks. I can’t recommend this DVD highly enough. I believe you really CAN "Heal Your Life".
