Louise shares her powerful firsthand experiences on the healing path - and explains how limiting beliefs and ideas are often the cause of illness. As Louise says, "The thoughts we think and the words we speak create our experiences. No person, place, or thing has any power over us. When we create peace, harmony, and balance in our minds, we will find it in our lives."

Reviews - rated 5/5 based on customer reviews
The basis of Hay’s philosophy is that we have control over our lives in general, and over our condition of health in particular. She believes that the roots of our illnesses lie within our life experience. Knowing what they mean can enable us to deal with them effectively. Hay should know. She was able to turn her life around completely and recover from a serious illness by changing the way she thought about her illness.
When I first read Hay’s book some years ago I was not convinced. I was told that her work was a good starting point in understanding the nature of our ill-health. Now I think differently. I believe that she has found something really meaningful. I do believe that we control our own state of health by our experiences and our beliefs. Knowing how to respond to our past is what her thesis is about, in its practical application.
Those interested in healing, those searching for help in coming to terms with their own state of health, and those fascinated by current spiritual thinking will find this CD set absorbing. I heartily recommend it.
