What if a product is missing when I receive my order?

Should any items be missing from your parcel when it arrives, or say you ordered 2 of something and you only got 1, then please notify us by email on admin@holisticshop.co.uk or call us on 08456 444 020 UK (local rate) or +44 1953 456897 for outside UK saying what is missing and we will get onto it straight away.

We try always to pick our parcels, and they are checked more than once before being sent, but if we make a mistake we will apologise and sort it out asap.
