Can I return products I don't like?

Yes, you can return products you do not like within 14 days. If the product is still in mint condition and you wish to return it after 14 days please email us or ring us first to check. We don't guarantee we will refund after 14 days but will help if at all possible.

Here are some reasons you can return products to us:
1. The product wasn't as you hoped / expected.
2. The product was bought as a gift for someone and they didn't like it.
3. You don't need that product any more.
4. Any reason as long as you get it back to us within 14 days.

In the parcel please give us your name and if possible your order number. The order number will be a 8 digit number.

For a full refund of the product purchase prices please do make sure though that:
1. The product is in good condition (ie. as it arrived with you).
2. It is well packaged for the return journey, so that it doesn't get damaged.

Once we have refunded you we will email you to let you know.
