What do I do if my goods have arrived damaged?
Should items prove faulty or be damaged in transit, please notify us by email on admin@holisticshop.co.uk or call us on 08456 444 020 UK (local rate) or +44 1953 456897 for outside UK describing what the problem is and we will quickly advise you what to do.
We always endeavour to put things right as quickly as possible in the way that you prefer. That is why we find it best to contact us first rather than returning the goods straight to us. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
With damaged goods you will not be liable for any return postage etc.
