What do I do if I have a complaint?

If you find anything unsatisfactory about our products, our service, how you have been spoken to or anything else please email us on admin@holisticshop.co.uk and let us know.

We are not a huge company so your complaint won't be lost in a sea of admin. We take the attitude that unless we solve a customers complaint to their satisfaction then we will lose you forever.

So please tell us and let us resolve the problem.

You may contact us tell us the nature of the complaint and, if appropriate, what you would expect from us in order to resolve the complaint satisfactorily.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days (often sooner though) and you will be given the name of the person who is handling your complaint. We would normally expect to fully resolve the complaint within 2 weeks of the initial contact. But normally much sooner.
