Sigils:
Sigils are magical symbols used for the invocation of spirits. They are usually used in conjunction with prayer, incantations or meditation to invoke the power of the spirit they represent. The Archangel sigils come from the ancient book "The Key of King Solomon" which contains sigils and invocations used to call forth the power of the Archangels.

Legend holds that the sigils and incantations contained in the book "The Key of King Solomon" were revealed by the creator to King Solomon by means of an angel. They hold deep spiritual meaning and connection with ancient angelic power.

The Sigil of Archangel Gabriel:
The sigil of the Archangel Gabriel is used to invoke his powers of divinity and intuition. Gabriel is one of the two highest ranking angels, alongside Michael, and his name means "Man of God". Gabriel is credited with teaching the prophet Elijah all the mysteries of divinity as well as serving as the herald of God.

He first appeared in the prophecies of Daniel as the angel who announced to Mary that she would bear a Son. It is also said that Gabriel will blow the horn announcing the second coming of Christ.

The Sigil of the Archangel Gabriel Silver Pendant is the perfect adornment for anyone who desires a closer connection with the Archangel Gabriel to channel his power of divinity and intuition.

We say: The range of Sigils of the Archangels pendants by Peter Stone jewellery are quite large at about 4cms each in diameter. The front plates of each are wonderfully shiny, with the symbols etched into the surface. The silver is of good thickness and is slightly bevelled while slightly hollowed at the back. We love this range for the quality of the workmanship but also because they are using ancient authentic symbols.

More About Archangel Gabriel
Archangel Gabriel is associated with the white ray of purity and is often called upon to help cleanse and purify thoughts, feelings and deeds. Those who are feeling spiritually blocked may benefit from asking for help from Archangel Gabriel and visualising the white ray of purity enveloping them.

Archangel Gabriel is also known as a messenger. For example, as Angel Gabriel, he is mentioned in several places in the Old Testament and Bible and was named as the angel who brought messages to Elizabeth and Mary about the forthcoming births of their children, John the Baptist and Jesus of Nazareth. Interestingly, in some forms of art and literature, Archangel Gabriel is also pictured as being female. The names of all the archangels finish with the letters, "el", which mean, "in God."

During this period he also studied gemology and jewellery making in a number of countries. This then lead to the founding of the Peter Stone Company in 1992 in Bangkok, Thailand, where he still resides.
