Reviews - rated 4/5 based on customer reviews4 out of 5 By Paula ThompsonI was rather sceptical about doing the review for this book, thinking to myself, how on earth can it alter my feelings - so I began to read with a semi closed mind and a feeling of 'oh well - I suppose I can try it'.
How to mend your broken heart consists of 7 chapters:
· What is Heartbreak
· How do I stop feeling so bad
· What is the point of these feelings
· How do I cope with my ex
· Why did it happen to me, and how can I stop it happening again
· How can I feel better about myself
· Falling in love again
Also included are case studies and exercises/visualisations. As I mentioned earlier, I was very sceptical about this book, but not anymore! The authors are honest about their advice, and do stress that they don't have the miracle cure for Heartbreak,......more
