There are seven mini meditations in all which guide you through a number of themes from the tropical island to the green rolling hills. Although it might be difficult to obtain a deeper meditation with this CD, as each one lasts less than ten minutes, it is ideal for calming yourself down after a hectic day, or starting a new day on a calm and positive note when time is short and you have to carry on. It's something I'll definitely be using again and again.
