Reviews - rated 5/5 based on customer reviews5 out of 5 By Rachel NewcombeFor children who are reluctant to settle down at night, or take a while to get to sleep, this CD is ideal. It consists of three different bedtime mediations, all of which involve going on a journey or having an adventure.
However, rather than being over-stimulating, and involving too much excitement and adventure, which would not be good at bedtime, the CD is designed to be calming and relaxing, giving children something to focus on before they settle down to sleep. It’s a bit like a bedtime story, but interactive and with a calming element. Christiane’s vocals are soft and placid as she reads out details of the story, and there’s gentle music playing in the background all the time.

Each track is long enough to be enjoyable and take your child’s attention away from the fact that they’re in bed, but not too long, so that it tires them out even more. If they can’t concentrate and feel sleepy before the end of the track, then that’s fine, and they can easily dose off.
The CD is a lovely way for children to end the day and a......more
