I've always had a strong interest in holistic health issues and healing, and in recent years I've started practicing reiki. My health interests have carried on into my work, as a writer, editor and researcher specialising in the areas of health and natural health.
I'm fascinated by belief systems, past lives, dreams, out-of-body experiences, the power of positive thinking, the supernatural and psychics, and love to read widely about these topics. Other interests include crystals and the myriad of ancient standing stones, stone rows and circles that exist in the UK (something a friend and I are currently researching and writing a book on).

In my spare time I enjoy relaxing and going to the theatre, being creative through silk painting and needlepoint, and taking digital photos -- in particular, images of the natural world, such as plants, flowers and trees.
