Reviewer Profile of Louise Green

I was born in Glasgow, in the early sixties,(Scottish father, Flemish mother)!. We moved from Glasgow to the west coast where I had a wonderful, carefree childhood. I loved the sea and the hills, their changing moods in all weathers; it gave me a love of Nature. As I grew up, I adhered to one of the mainstream faiths as taught both in the home and at school. I found that whilst respecting it and enjoying the fellowship of it, I felt I wasn’t close to the Divine. The time had come to take another path and a few years ago, I began to study and research into wicca which I feel is in keeping with my own true self.

I am learning Tarot; it never fails to both delight and astound me. It has given me the opportunity to read about other subjects, for example, astrology and gems. I borrow books from the library or browse the Net, there are so many subjects which I haven’t covered, I love reading but it’s a case of finding the time!

I work full time in Finance for the local police authority, not exciting by some standards, but I am happy in my job. I have been married to Derek for seventeen years, we enjoy entertaining, food, wine, we puppy walk too for the Police. (Our next pup is due in March). Don’t worry, I’ll keep her away from anything holisitic, I promise!
