    The chakras are major energetic centres within the human body. There are seven in total. They are:

    Forehead (indigo)

    Heart (Green)

    When our chakras are healthy and glowing strongly we feel good.     In the time of the Golden Atlantis Age people used to be more awakened, they used to live a spiritual live and all their 12 chakras were fully opened, their colours were beautiful, the people then had bigger brains and used a much larger percentage than our smaller ones. Diana Cooper invites us in this CD to reconnect with our 12 Chakras and their sacred powers and re-activate our strands of DNA which are connected to our Chakras because people from Atlantis used to relax right down to their nucleus level. Diana tells us about each one, their colours and what they represent: the Stellar Gateway, Soul Star, Causal, Crown, Third Eye, Throat, Heart, Solar Plexus, Navel, Sexual, Base, and the Earth Star Chakras.
    She talks about our Stellar gateway, 12 inches above our head, which needs to be opened before raising to the 5th dimension and she gives us a meditation for each one to help us. I think this CD is quite profound if you are not into yoga and never heard about Chakras before but if you are into "Ascension" it is a good one to have!.
