Comprising of 4 parts,Tantric Sexuality begins with music to encourage relaxation while gradually raising energy. Part 2 focuses on breathing and includes low sighs to deepen a sensual energy. Part 3 changes in intensity to bring a 'crest of the wave' feeling to the listener. Part 4 is aimed at a more restfull sense of energy.

I found this CD lovely to listen to, Part one is extremely relaxing to the extent of causing me to yawn - so the raising of energy and the focus on breathing in the following part was a wake up for me. The CD case holds a small booklet explaining Tantra, and leading on to: Sacredness, Creating a sacred space, Breathing and energy work, The Chakras, Chakra breathing, Giving and receiving Sensual massage, Meditative love making, Relaxation, and lastly focusing on the sensations within your body. For a small booklet, the depth of information is astounding. I found this very interesting to read. We are given clear instruction on which part of the CD to use for each exercise, so the maximum energy/relaxation are found.

Tantric sensuality is a must have CD for All, whether to use as part of a relationship or for the lone listener, you will certainly find a deep sense of peace from listening to this. It could also be used for meditation - very enjoyable.
