We say: These large soapstone oil burners are beautifully carved with a central sun motif and a large leaf design to either side. As soapstone is a natural material some variation in colour from the one illustrated is possible. The oil burner feels quite substantial and features a larger bowl than the smaller oil burners we also stock and similar in size to the large Celtic oil burner.


You would normally place some water in the top bowl, light the candle beneath (tea light) and then tip a few drops of your chosen essential oil onto the water. Then as the water heats, the fragrance of the oils is released gently into the room.

Make sure that there is always liquid in the bowl at all times when the tea light is alight.
