Manufacturer: Peter Stone
Dimensions: Diameter 13 mm across
Weight: 0.97 grams
Other information: Made from solid sterling silver. Chain sold separately.
We say: This pendant is particularly small. It weighs just under a gram whereas the large pentacle we sell weighs in at just over 4 grams. This pendant is small and delicate although very well made. It would look best probably on quite a fine chain. It matches exactly the small pentacle earrings we also sell.
Dictionary Terms Explained
Pentacle or Pentagram
- Protection, communication with spirit world, magic
The pentagram was considered by the ancient Greeks and medieval astrologers to have supernatural properties and to be a protective symbol. Often in the past people would mark their doors with pentagrams to ward off evil witchcraft and spirits.
In good magic today (with the top pointed upwards) it is often used as a symbol to support transmission and communication with the spirit world. Its five points are often seen to represent the four classic elements of earth, water, air and fire joining with the fifth element of spirit to create life. A five-pointed star (pentagram) with a circle around it is referred to as a pentacle. This circle represents sacred space in which the fifth element of spirit controls the four earthly elements.
Also in the legend of Sir Gawain and the Green Knight a pentacle adorns his shield representing the five knightly virtues of generosity, courtesy, chastity, brotherly love and piety.
Peter Stone Jewellery
- High quality jewellery manufacturer
The Peter Stone Company purchases raw silver and produces their own true .925 sterling silver alloy in their own factory. All rings are cast to size and craftsmen cut and inlay each stone for a perfect fit. Every piece of jewellery created is hand polished not tumble polished, which leads to a high quality finish that is noticeably different.
Peter Koslowski had been working on merchant ships since 1983 while living in Sri Lanka and was fortunate to be exposed to an abundance of precious stones and he began to purchase and trade them, as well as silver. During this period he also studied gemology and jewellery making in a number of countries. This then lead to the founding of the Peter Stone Company in 1992 in Bangkok, Thailand, where he still resides.

Reviews - rated 5/5 based on customer reviews5 out of 5 By Selene, FranceThis pentacle is one of the most gorgeous I ever had! It is small, simple, discreet and very well made. Definitely a must have for any pagan or wiccan who likes refined silver jewellery.
5 out of 5 By Rob, ChessingtonVery cute little pentacle. I first ordered it to use as a pendant along the little triskle pendant on the same chain but I think I will be ordering the larger versions of both and using these little ones to attach to some ribbion and using as a bookmark in my book of shadows. Would be lovely to put on a cats collar but unfortunatly my cat is wild and would not take too kindly to me putting a collar on her and squealing at the cuteness

5 out of 5 By Peter, ScotlandMy sister just got me this Pentagram, it is an amazingly wonderful peice of jewellery!! I need to wear something discreet for work, and this is perfect! The quality in something so small is amazing! I have looked at a lot of similar sized pentagrams and nothing compares to the superb quality of this piece!! Thank you so much.
5 out of 5 By Joan Cowdell, HaverfordwestMy 6-year-old grandson suffered from nightmares, and I gave him my own pentagram to hold while he slept. Result: no more nightmares. But my pentagram was far too big for him to wear so I have bought him this little silver one, just the size for a child and beautifully made, the craftsmanship is superb. And being silver, it won't turn him green like my brass one did!
