Countless times we have received shipments with large percentages of sub-standard rose quartz with carving that are either too sharp (ie the carved lines are too sharp therefore tend to chip) or have points that tend to chip and this has meant that sometimes we have had to sell many off cheaply as "seconds", as we never like to disappoint or mislead our customers.

Well, at last we have a rose quartz pyramid I am finally happy with. The crystal quality is good and the carving is still sharp, but the edges have been softened very slightly and this means that the edges are smooth yet still defined." - Brett
