By Anne Marie Welch View ProfileI quite enjoyed this recording and I think it is a nice CD to have at hand when you feel stressed. As it is a compilation, the 10 tracks are varied, easy to listen to and uplifting. Obviously, you can hear song birds as it is from the RSPB and the music is soft and gentle. I think that it contains lovely melodies, on some tracks you can hear the sound of a waterfall. Varied instruments are used such as piano, guitar, synthesiser, wind, and drum. It is the sort of music that you can either listen to whilst reading or relaxing in a bath; it just makes you feel at peace.
I can recommend this CD; I personally played it whilst giving an Indian head massage and all my clients enjoyed it very much; some fell asleep at the end.
