Louise explains that this is an up to date version of her previous book 'You Can Heal Your Life', she felt that time had changed and that she needed to add some more points. She reads her book so this CD is not a workshop with an audience and it doesn't contain exercises and things to do as the first one, but she gives more people examples to helps us see how our thoughts are creating our lives. Louise talks about forgiveness, and somehow you come to realise that forgiveness means that it can set ourselves free. We have just to make positive affirmations or even start thinking of changing and our lives will start to improve. Louise says that she had a terrible start in life and that because she was so negative she contributed in having more problems when she got older. After the start of her cancer she decided to change her thoughts and diet and cured her cancer. If you feel you need help this CD could be just the thing, her voice is easy to listen to and as she says you probably won’t remember or agree with everything she says but if you change one thing she will have done her job well. She does not pretend to cure people but to help them to do it themselves.
