Her CD is very uplifting and encourages you to think positively. The idea is that if you listen to it on a regular basis, you will automatically start repeating positive affirmations, which in turn, begins to change your life rather than going on a merry-go-round with the same pattern. Louise Hay tells us that our thoughts create our future and that we must have positive thoughts if we want a positive life in the morning. You have to repeat affirmations, thanking everything, starting from the bed you slept in and affirm to yourself that you are going to have a very good day. At night she suggests that you do not listen to the news or read newspapers just before going to bed as you will take the bad news with you.
This is a great CD if you can't get to sleep at night it certainly will help you as you start by relaxing your muscles. I struggle to finish the CD and fall asleep before the end quite often, but Louise tells us even if you are asleep your subconscious will assimilate the meditation. I definitively am more positive when I listen to this CD.
Louise is a great counselor and I have several books from her. Her voice is very clear and easy to listen to. I do recommend this CD.
