By Anne Marie Welch View ProfileThis is a very interesting and inspirational book by Louise Hay. I did read her first book "You can heal your life" a few years ago but I just did not believe her affirmations could work. Reading all these testimonials from so many people have been an eye opener for me. The author received so many thank you letters affirming that she has changed their life completely in so many and different suitations, health, relationships, careers that Louise decided to compile a book of all these letters. I was quite surprised by the numbers of these letters and became convinced that her affirmations do work. I started to do some work on myself. I repeated some of her affirmations many times a day and really believed that it would work. Things have started to shift in a positive way for me.. it is not an instant change. Her book is very worth while and if you really need to change your life I recommend that you read it and her other book.
