    Archangel Gabriel is associated with the white ray of purity and is often called upon to help cleanse and purify thoughts, feelings and deeds. Those who are feeling spiritually blocked may benefit from asking for help from Archangel Gabriel and visualising the white ray of purity enveloping them.

    Archangel Gabriel is also known as a messenger. For example, as Angel Gabriel, he is mentioned in several places in the Old Testament and Bible and was named as the angel who brought messages to Elizabeth and Mary about the forthcoming births of their children, John the Baptist and Jesus of Nazareth.

    Interestingly, in some forms of art and literature, Archangel Gabriel is also pictured as being female.

    The names of all the archangels finish with the letters, "el", which mean, "in God."

    Diana Cooper starts by relaxing us by visualising a shimmering light coming towards our body entering our ears and going down to our leg. Some gentle music is played and Diana talks with a pleasant monotoneous voice. We then are invited to enter a large sparkling diamond to get healed from it and are moved on to meet Archangel Gabriel who brings hope and fulfilment. We are told to leave all our fears behind and decide on what we would like to happen in the next 5 years and we are also invited to meet dolphins and play with them and feel their joy. We then go down onto some steps to enter the violet purifying flame which is very safe. I felt very relaxed at the end of the CD and you have the option either to go to sleep or to listen to some more music. It is a very deep meditation and Diana suggests that the more we listen to it the more we can connect with Archangel Gabriel.
