Simonette is the founder of the Wild at Heart facilitator for life courses, an empowerment and creative expression group conducted regularly in the community and is an international presenter and facilitator on the topics of spirituality, meditation, creativity and group-play. Simonette has produced numerous meditation CDs & books all designed to enhance personal awareness & wellbeing. Her entrancing voice can also be heard around the world on Qantas in-flight programs.




By Cate Gardner View ProfileThere's a warning on the bottom of the CD sleeve 'PLEASE NOTE: DO NOT drive or use machinery or operate equipment while listening to this CD; it is not designed for use other than complete relaxation'. It's a warning you should comply with as I've found this CD is a great aid to falling asleep. For anyone who suffers from insomnia the guided meditations given here are an astounding help and for that reason, if you really only want to meditate, you'll need to be seated rather than lying down.
The music is very restful and there are two guided meditations, one lasting 28 minutes an 'Inner Peace Meditation: Night Sky' and a 'Short Inner peace Meditation: Night Sky' lasting just under 12 minutes. The third track 'Vocal Harmonies for Healing' seems to work on the unconscious mind as I have often woken up feeling in less pain than when I tried to sleep.
In short this CD is definitely better than a 'Chill Pill' and it's something that could enhance your health without any nasty side-effects.
