You Can Heal Your Life (Book) by Louise Hay
From Louise: 'I've written this book to share what I know with you, my readers. It incorporates portions of my little book Heal Your Body, which has become widely accepted as an authoritative work on the mental patterns that create dis-eases in the body.
'If you do the exercises in You Can Heal Your Life progressively as they appear, by the time you finish, you will have begun to change your life. I suggest you read through the book once, then slowly read it again, but this time do each exercise in depth. If you can, work through the exercise with a friend or family member.
'Know that when you work with these ideas, my loving support is with you'. - Louise Hay.

Reviews - rated 4/5 based on customer reviews4 out of 5 By Rainbow mumThe premise behind this wonderful book, is that by changing your thought processes your life will change. The beauty of Hays writing is that she openly acknowledges that it is not an easy task to change a life long mindset and way of approaching the world. Yet she is ever encouraging, like a favourite aunt, egging you on, reinforcing that you can do it, and this is she does in a gentle, straightforward and accessible way. It is packed with anecdotes from clients and her own life and affirmations aplenty to put positivity back into your life should you need it.
As a bonus, there is, tucked away at the back of the book, an up to date list from her original book "Heal your Life", which shows the correlation between diseases and ailments and unhealthy/negative thought patterns that cause them, with affirmations to undo the damage. There really isn't much I can say about this book without sounding as if I am going into "gush over drive". It is beautiful and delightful to read, it is spiritually uplifting, it is empowering and it is currently amongst the tottering pile of books by my bed, as I love to dip into it.
