Unlike Tarot cards, which involve study and interpretation, little or no prior knowledge is needed to use these cards as the basic meaning of the gemstone is simply looked up in the little booklet. The author suggests that the cards are particularly useful as a guide for meditation, for illuminating the past, present & future and for giving a response to a question. The booklet gives keywords and phrases for each card. eg. No. 31. SAPPHIRE. Faithfulness: Honesty. Confidence in life. Optimism. Ability to give and receive.
These cards will appeal to people who are interested in gemstones and crystals and to anyone who is seeking a very simple and uncomplicated card-based divination system.
By Batty, Northants Lovely cards, that give a nice clear reading. Not only am I using them, but I am doing further research into each of the crystals so a good learning tool too. I have also found that they respond very well with a dowsing crystal. I really enjoy them.
