Anthony Casay - Painter
The smooth, delicate brushwork and masterful composition of Anthony Casay's painting give them a polished, classic quality. Although internationally known as an accomplished artist of numerous genres, Casay is perhaps best known for his seascapes, resplendent with infinite variations of colour and detail.

In each of his painting, the chosen scene is animated with a seemingly endless interplay of movement and light, and his expert glazing technique gives his work a characteristic luminescent quality. Casay gives his viewer a very special perspective of the ocean and often with his brush he invites us into the mysterious underwater world of mighty, gentle whales and graceful, playful porpoises.

A native of Madrid, Spain, Csay was born into an artistic family and began painting as a child. He came to the United States as a young man and was quick to win critical acclaim for his beautiful seascapes, as well as for timeless scenes of romantic gardens lush with richly hued flora.
