With all the books out at the moment on manifestation (and I’ve read a fair few of them) I was interested to see what Doreen Virtue could offer on this popular subject that I hadn't read somewhere else before. I wasn't disappointed. This little book goes so much further than any other I have read by explaining how the universe works with us as we change our thinking patterns and raise our vibrations. It answered many unanswered questions I had and gave me a greater understanding of how we can change our lives by changing the way we think. By drawing knowledge from an ancient book called the 'Kybalion', and rewriting it in uncomplicated terms this mystical and magical information becomes very clear. The book gives a brief and concise history of the Kybalion, before leading you into the seven sacred secrets which are introduced and explained by Doreen Virtue in the first instance and then from the Kybalion itself. This book is small enough to read in a couple of sittings, though I preferred to let each chapter sink in before going on to the next as it could be a lot to absorb and understand in one go. The book also comes with a CD which reaffirms the information in the book and is good to listen to if you need a boost in your thinking patterns.
