    I must admit that crystals have never been a big part of my life. I have always been overwhelmed by the vast number of crystals, their difficult names, their properties and their connection to various parts of the body. I have started several books on crystals but never finished them. It is with this background that I watched this DVD. My attitude now to crystals has changed, as has my confidence.

    This DVD is just so easy to watch. The skill of Keri Manning is in making what may appear to be a complex subject into something very manageable. Everything moves at a gentle pace, with time to take in what is being taught. There is lovely background music, provided by the superb Llewellyn. The DVD is simple to watch, but there is a surprisingly wide range of subjects covered. There is an explanation of the different kinds of crystal, how to choose them and how to care for them. There is material on how to work with a pendulum and crystals.

    For me, the most important part of the DVD is the instruction on how to conduct a basic crystal healing session. By watching this DVD several times I am sure that sufficient knowledge can be conveyed to the viewer. I, who once had no interest or knowledge about crystals, now feel confident enough to perform a crystal healing.

    The DVD is less than an hour long yet I feel that Keri Manning has achieved a great deal here. Her commitment to her crystal work is clearly evident and her interest has rubbed off on me as it surely will with anyone. I can strongly recommend this DVD to anyone with even just a modicum of interest in the subject.
