DVD: Cosmic Ordering by Barbel Mohr

I must say, it is easier to absorb material about the Law of Attraction by watching a DVD than by reading about it. Although Barbel Mohr’s book is not as heavy-going as the Hicks’s works, nevertheless this DVD is very pleasant to watch. It is not as startling as The Secret as the budget for this venture was evidently not as large. In some ways, however, it is better. It is a simple explanation of the philosophy and process of cosmic ordering. Most of it is talking to camera but the whole of the material is broken down into easy sections. Barbel’s explanations are supported by a host of other eminent writers and thinkers. This was a major plus for me. Most of them I had heard of, people such as Gregg Braden, Esther Hicks, James Redfield and Louise Hay. They do not disappoint on this film. It is their obvious strong convictions that are so moving and impressive. Some of those who appear were new to me: Ervin Laszlo, Jude Currivan and Bruce Lipton, for example. This film introduced me to many new ideas and personalities from a growing fellowship of individuals whose lives have been tremendously enhanced by tapping into the universe’s positive powers. The film is inspirational, not in an obvious ecstatic and exuberant manner, but in a quieter and thoughtful manner. For those who want a more thoughtful approach to Cosmic Ordering then this film may be for you. Watch it alone, use it in discussion groups, lend it to friends who need a morale boost. I can heartily recommend it.
