It starts with a little talk about life and how our thoughts contribute to the kind of life we experience, which is not always the life we want to live.
In the second, longer part Colin talks you through nine steps of how to achieve that better life/achieve your goals and he gives you the tools to do it.
I found the CD very relaxing - Colin's voice is accompanied by lovely, calming music. Some of the stuff he talks about, I've heard before but all in all, a worthwhile CD that you can benefit from by actively taking the steps but also great just to relax to for half an hour.
