They say: Colour is an intimate part of our being as without light there is no life. We are swamped with colour from the moment we are born. Colour is an aspect of everything we eat, drink, touch and are surrounded by. Colour healer and author Lilian Verner-Bonds has collaborated in creating an album that sets the perfect atmosphere for colour healing.

The invisible energy of colour can either relax or stimulate us according to the colours chosen for healing. Each colour has its own energy wavelength. Looking closely at colour is a non-evasive way of discovering ourselves. Its power is both transcendent and intuitive, earthing and physical. Experience what colour can do for you, it can change your life.

A burst of fireworks, a rainbow and a sunset colour the CD's outer sleeve, it reminded me of a holiday brochure and I felt cheerful just looking at it. Every time I have played this album I have danced my way around the sitting room in time to the drums, flutes and piano, another track had me swaying my way around with a duster whilst enjoying the Caribbean sound of a steel band, the album's effect in its warmer hues genuinely does energise. The tracks change to cooler colours as the album progresses and the tempo slows. Saxophones, piano and guitar gently lull you into the deeper shades. I could really let my mind drift off and away, I thought of a night sky deepening into darkness, the Moon rising with the first stars appearing.

Llewellyn is a talented artiste; he captures the essence of colour in each track. Anyone who......more
